Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that helps men with erectile dysfunction (impotence), to achieve and maintain an erection, when sexually aroused.

Tadalafil 2.5mg – 80mg (generic Cialis) are used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men, which is an inability to achieve or maintain a hard erect penis suitable for sexual activity, due to insufficient blood flow into the penis. Tadalafil relaxes the blood vessels in the penis increasing blood flow and causing an erection, which is the natural response to sexual stimulation. However, Tadalafil will only work if you are sexually aroused.

Cialis brand (tadalafil) is a drug used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (male impotence) and symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy). The medicine works by relaxing the muscles and increasing the flow of blood to certain parts of the body. The drug will help achieve and keep an erection after sexual stimulation.

Description

What are Tadalafil 2.5mg-80mg Tablets – Generic Cialis

Tadalafil tablets 2.5mg – 80mg acts on the erectile tissue of the penis to increase blood flow to cause an erection. During sexual stimulation nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis which activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase. This enzyme increases levels of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues to cause an erection. Another enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) breaks down cGMP preventing blood flow into the penis, which causes loss of an erection. Tadacip 20 inhibits the action of PDE5 which resolves erectile dysfunction by allowing the natural process of sexual stimulation to activate the cGMP mechanism for achieving and maintaining an erection.

How does Tadalafil 2.5mg-80mg work?

Like the drugs Sildenafil and Vilitra, Tadalafil works as a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5 inhibitor) which blocks the degradative action of cGMP-specific PDE5 on cGMP in the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels supplying the corpus cavernosum (which is sponge-like erectile tissue that holds most of the blood during an erection) of the penis.

How long does Tadalafil 2.5mg-80mg last?

The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. Tadalafil may be taken between 30 minutes and 36 hours prior to anticipated sexual activity. Patients may initiate sexual activity at varying time points relative to dosing in order to determine their own optimal window of responsiveness.

Tadalafil is approximately 80% bioavailable and has the slowest absorption of all available PDE5 inhibitors and may take up to 2 hours to reach its maximum effectiveness. Another benefit of Tadalafil is the longer half-life, which helps to combat performance anxiety that stems from the short half-life of other ED treatments. Other uses for Tadalafil is for the treatment of benign enlargement of the prostate and pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Treating erectile dysfunction (impotence) with Tadalafil 2.5mg-80mg

Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, used to treat erectile dysfunction in men (impotence). During sexual stimulation nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis (corpus cavernosum), and activates the enzyme guanylate cyclize. This increases levels of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) that relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues to cause an erection. Another enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) breaks down cGMP preventing blood flow into the penis, which causes loss of an erection. When taken before planned sexual activity, Tadalafil inhibits PDE5 allowing cGMP to continue to increase blood flow into the penis causing an erection.
