Acnelak-CL Z® Topical Cream is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Zinc acetate which treat pimples (acne). Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Zinc acetate exerts beneficial skin healing effects and prevents scarring.
Topical Clindamycin 1% will not cure your acne.
